Our Buttercup Room is a calm, nurturing space designed especially for our youngest children aged 6 months to 2 years. We focus on creating a home-from-home environment where babies feel safe, loved and secure, following their individual routines and needs. Through sensory play, music, story time and gentle exploration, we support early development while encouraging curiosity and confidence. With lots of one-to-one attention, cuddles and interaction, we help each child build strong bonds and take their first steps in learning at their own pace.

Daffodils
2 - 3 years
Our Daffodil Room is a lively and engaging space for children aged 2 to 3 years, where growing independence and curiosity are gently encouraged. At this stage, children are eager to explore, so we provide a wide range of hands-on activities including imaginative play, creative arts, early language development and simple problem-solving. We support their confidence, communication and social skills through play and routine, helping them build friendships and express themselves in a warm, supportive environment.

Sunflowers
3 - 5 years
Our Sunflower Room is a bright and engaging space for children aged 3 to 5 years, where growing confidence and independence really begin to shine. We support children as they prepare for school through a balance of structured activities and play, including early literacy, alphabet recognition and counting. With a focus on communication, problem-solving and building friendships, we create a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to express themselves, take on new challenges and develop a genuine love of learning.

Our incredible outdoor space is a real highlight at Vangie’s Nursery, giving children the freedom to explore, play and learn in the fresh air every day. It’s a space where they can climb, ride bikes and scooters, zoom down slides and let their imaginations run wild in the Wendy house.
We encourage hands-on learning through gardening, with children planting and growing their own fruits and vegetables. Whether they’re building confidence on climbing equipment or enjoying open-ended play, our outdoor area supports physical development, creativity and a love for being outside.
We are open all year round, so children can enjoy our outdoor space in every season. From sunny days to crisp autumn mornings, our garden provides continuous opportunities for exploration, discovery and outdoor fun, helping children develop resilience, curiosity and a lifelong love of nature.
